Torch Run

My company is putting on the Orriant Games this year for our clients since the Olympic Games are this summer. Normally I wouldn't get to be involved in this whole activity, but since I work on-site at one of the companies I get to be in charge of it at their location. Last week we had the Lighting of the Torch Ceremony, which was actually the idea of the HR guy there. His thought was, if we're going to to do the Games this year then we better kick it off right! Love this guy! 


We had a blast pulling it off. We actually did it three times so we could do it during each of the employee's lunch breaks. We had invited people to come out to the parking lot and be a runner in our Torch Lighting Ceremony. At the end we passed it off to Safety Mouse who is their mascot over there (don't ask me why).
