We had a very nice, white(ish) Christmas here in Utah!
My parents came to visit for a couple days and it was fun to spend it with family.
Sawyer snuggling Grandpa
Church together for Christmas Eve.
(It didn't snow on Christmas, but we did have some snow leftover!)
Had to fit Grandpa in to the pic too and got this cute one.
The girls set up a spa in their room for the grown ups and gave us all back/foot massages and facials.
It was very nice and I think we need to make it a tradition.
The girls helped me stuff envelopes with our Christmas card.
Making sugar cookies.
Sawyer loves to bake and help me in the kitchen, more than any of the girls I think!
Decorating our cookies
Cute!
Tyler and I attended his work Christmas party at the country club.
The lack of alcohol made it significantly less lively than the Texas parties we attended.
I helped in Reagan's class making candy houses.
Kendall drew lots of Christmasy pictures.
Sawyer made a cute elf ornament at preschool.
It cracks me up!
Went to Reagan's Christmas concert. The cutest!
On the way out of the school Kendall showed me that her artwork was on display at the front. When I asked her way she said "I think I won an art contest or something." lol
We did a sleigh ride into an elk herd with my parents.
We got right up next to the elk!
We were bundled up against the cold
Santa was there!
We got to pet the huge Shire horses (like Clydesdales)
Warmed up at the fire at the end
Playing spoons
Snuggling on the couch for a movie
Our elf left us a cute donut treat on his last night here
(Avery helped with the elf this year and I really loved that)
Making candy houses
Having Shepherd's dinner
Finished candy houses!
Sawyer got new riding gear for Secret Santa!
He keeps asking Tyler to take him for a ride and he says next year he wants to get riding boots and a helmet too haha
Avery had Reagan for Secret Santa and got her a giant kit kat. Reagan was VERY excited!!
Top of the stairs pic!
Sawyer was very excited for his monster guns.
He was actually really excited about all his gifts and was very enthusiastic the whole time (even for a boring gift like new pants). It was so cute and made it really fun to watch him open his gifts.
Avery's wish was an electric scooter and she was very excited to get one!
She wrote a whole persuasion essay at school about why she should get one. She said I wouldn't have to drive her to school anymore so I hope she likes freezing on her way to school!
Kendall really wanted roller blades
Trying out Twister!
Even Gma and Gpa got in on it.
Kendall got right to work on her clay art project Reagan got her for Secret Santa.
Our local ski resort opened so we went to check it out!
Needs more snow.
Reagan lost her other front tooth!
Another pic from Shepherd's dinner. Having our lesson about Jesus.
On Christmas Day Cody, Camila, and Jay drove up to spend the afternoon/evening with us.
It was a great day!
