It has been a long time since I did an update so.... lots of pictures coming at ya. We have a pretty relaxed life right now. Tyler's schedule hasn't been too crazy and Avery going to school twice a week gives me time to get all my errands ton with one kid. I've been busy getting everything ready for Baby and I think I'm ready to go! Less than a month to go! My friend from the ward just had a baby shower for me this past weekend and everyone stocked me up on diapers and wipes so we are just waiting on the little girl to show up.
Here's all the random pictures I've taken over the last month.
Car wash. Thankfully the weather has just started to cool down this past week. It finally is nice to go outside!
Kendall really loves painting her nails and she actually does a pretty good job!
Catching "yeckos" with Dad!
Coloring at the library.
The resident wives took me out to brunch at Breadwinners for a baby shower. I got this amazing sandwich.
Kendall = Toad
I finished my baby quilt! I love it!!
Getting donuts with the Bodilys for no particular reason.
I'm so glad these kids all love each other so much. Having the Bodilys nearby has been a huge blessing to me!
Caught a baby yecko!
Avery helping me make a yummy treat for Conference. It was kind of like monkey bread, but didn't turn out that great in a loaf pan.
Donuts for Dad's birthday! He didn't have to go in to work until the afternoon so had a morning bday party!
Balloons!
The girls loved giving him presents.
We love our Daddy! Happy 30th!
Avery had a couple bad days at school listening to teachers so I told her if she earned 4 tickets for good behavior I would take her to DQ. She did a great job and we haven't had any problems since.
Kendall always makes a huge mess when Daddy brings her donuts.
We signed a contract for after residency!!
Tyler will be working at a local hospital here in Fort Worth, right by our house!
We are so excited! The end is in sight...
It's official.
The group took us out to dinner last week to celebrate/welcome us.
Matching unicorn dresses!
Kendall is always falling asleep in the weirdest positions.
We went to the Texas State Fair with the Bodilys.
Avery and Olivia are the cutest friends.
Getting faces painted.
A butterfly and a... bear paw? The artists were not that great.
Coloring.
Playing with the ducks.
Waiting in line for the Ferris wheel.
Way up high!
The kids got to ride a couple of the carnival rides, which they looooved.
The kids had fun, but the Fair is just a huge rip off so I don't think we'll be back.
Each of these rides are $4/kid for like 30 seconds of ride.
The girls new favorite thing to do is catch butterflies and put them in their little cage. It's so cute! They also have been doing gymnastics once a week and they both love that too.
We go to the library once a week after we pick up Avery from school. The love coloring and playing with Ms. Becky, the librarian.
Tyler loves to give Kendall chocolate donuts and then "go to sleep" or "go to work" before she finishes so I have to clean up her crazy mess.
It's so cute how much she loves donuts, just like her Dad.
Kendall took her nap on the crib mattress underneath her bed.
Trying on some new clothes we got from a friend!
I love this cutie!
Coloring together.
These girls definitely have moments where they are annoyed with each other, but for the most part they really do get along so great! I love that they are such great friends.
Snuggling on the floor. Not sure what game they were making up here...
They love to pull out aaaaall the blankets/pillows in the house though and make a huge pile. It's not my favorite game because guess who has to fold them all back up...
Getting haircuts.
Stake picnic.
We got our plates of hot dogs and chips and when we got back to our blanket Avery immediately took Kendall's hot dog and Kendall took Avery's bun. They know what they like.
At the park. My friend snapped a pic since the three of us were matching.
Tyler got to go out shooting with his friend from work.
Breaking in his new shotgun.
The girls love finishing off Dad's "chocolate shake" (protein shake)
Kendall caught her own butterfly while Avery was at school!
We went down to Glen Rose to check out Dinosaur Valley State Park.
Those are real dino tracks in the water behind us!
We did a little hiking. The girls really like climbing over all the rocks.
...and throwing rocks in the river.
Tyler went out to breakfast with some co-workers after a night shift.
Torchy's tastes good any time of day.
Making a pastry treat for family night.
