Since Tyler had to spend the last two weeks working in Temple we thought it would be the perfect time for Grammy to come for another visit. I am extra tired this pregnancy so having some extra helping hands is always appreciated!
Playing at the Children's Museum.
Picking flowers.
Avery can do the monkey bars by herself!
Grammy is always good for some snuggles.
We took Grammy to try Bahama Bucks. She was a fan!
Making sugar cookies.
Reading books.
Frosting the cookies.
Getting manicures!
So pretty.
Everyone is sad when it's time for Grammy to leave.
Till next time!
Avery wanted to make a card for her teacher on Meet The Teacher day. She drew a picture of our family which she has never done and it was so cute!!
Kendall wanted a picture of her drawing too :)
Avery with her teacher Ms. Shannon.
She goes to school two days a week and so far she is really liking it!
Daddy sent us some mail and stickers!
Watching a show on the ipad before bed.
Some of our med school friends came to visit us during Labor Day weekend. Avery loved their little baby and wanted to pick her up and carry her everywhere! I think she is going to be a great helper when our baby gets here!
Watching a show. I thought the kids all looked cute laying on their tummies.
Avery, Olivia, and Kendall can play pretend for hours.
Loved chatting with my friend Lizzie! We could talk for hours!
We took them to check out the Fort Worth zoo.
All the kids! They have three kids, plus my two, and I was babysitting Olivia and Jaxon for the weekend so it was a little crazy!!
I love that so many of our med school friends still live pretty close and we can visit occasionally. I'm so grateful for their friendship! No one can commiserate about residency quite like someone else going through it too.
Avery's first day of pre-K!
Of course Kendall wanted in the picture too and they only wanted to make silly faces.
I have like 50 of these on my phone haha
On Avery's first day, Kendall and I ran a couple errands and got to share a pizza lunch at Costco! It was a super fun day with this cutie! (One kid is so easy!!!!)
Avery has one more month of swim lessons. She goes after school so it's a pretty full day! Kendall is a trooper and just hangs out doing whatever.
It feels good to have a little routine, but not be too swamped. I'm looking forward to my days alone with Kendall for a couple months before the baby comes. Also, grocery shopping with one child is SO nice. Yay for for back to school!

Love all the pictures! That's nice your mom could come help out with Tyler gone. It's true, one kid is so easy compared to two! Just wait until you have three-it will be bliss to just have one.
Your mom is terrific to help so much. The pictures are adorable - Brent
Oh how I LOVE these little girlies!!!
You had better SAVE AVERY'S PICTURE SHE DREW!!!!!
And I LOVE the silly pics in front of the door on Avery's first day, especially when Kendall is looking up so cute at her BIG SIS!
And I feel SO privileged and blessed to come help you out! I'm looking forward to the next time!
Love you AWESOME MOMMY!!
I am always smiling looking at those cute little girls. Love the blog!
